Summary: I had very high expectations for this property before we arrived, and they’ve exceeded even those lofty expectations by a wide margin. What an amazing property, run by amazing people. The views from this hotel simply can not be beat. The food was exquisite. The grounds immaculate and the service was second-to-none. We were met at the ferry docks by a hotel representative who took our luggage and arranged our transfer to the hotel via private coach (NOTE - if you are afraid of heights, close your eyes for the ride to the hotel!). After check in, luggage appeared in our room. A special shout-out to Marco. We met Marco just after check in, having lunch in the restaurant. We saw Marco every day, several times each day, during our stay, and he had a friendly and helpful greeting each time. If they’re offering it, remember to try the Ravioli Caprese dish. It was outstanding (and the Bufala Caprese). The views from this property are simply amazing, with sheer cliffs running 900’ straight down. The pool area was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The room service staff (housekeeping) serviced the room twice a day, making it so that when we returned from our excursions of Capri and Anacapri, or returning from dinner, the room was fresh and clean. Don’t forget to watch the sunset from the lounge. You won’t regret it. We are completing our three-week tour of southern Italy and Greece, and can easily say that our stay at the Caesar Augustus was THE most memorable stay, bar none.

Summary: The view, the hotel and the staff are all first class! Everyone made us feel as if we were at your own private estate. Extremely welcoming and friendly. Francesca created a top notch itinerary and checked with us daily. Drinks on the terrace were served with a welcoming smile and delightful conversation. From start to finish our stay was eccellente ! Bravo!

Summary: Beautiful hotel with AMAZING views and luxurious feel from the moment you arrive. Customer service was top notch the entire time starting with pick up and transfer from the port and return on our departure. It was lovely to be greeted by Francesco , son of the owner with such a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. We also were given an upgraded room which was so wonderful and appreciated. We loved our 2 nights so much we extended to 4. Lunch and dinner at the hotel were outstanding for service, ambience and food. Pool area and grounds were lovely including the massive garden where they grow and use all the vegetables and herbs in the restaurant. We definitely enjoyed celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel and would highly recommend. Grazie mille Francesco and your team💕
